Our leadership coaching program is a twelve-week group program, limited to ten small business leaders. The program includes weekly Zoom-based live content classes, where you learn a leadership approach based in social science research, as well as a weekly Zoom-based live coaching call, where you are coached on a topic of your choice in front of your cohort. By providing both relevant leadership learning and a cohort with which to learn, we find that our clients explode in their own understanding of how to lead others — and themselves.

Our management training takes organizational psychology and interpersonal social science research and turns it into bite-sized, actionable strategies to improve your management every day. This ten-week training focuses on helping managers build their skills through Zoom-based live weekly classes, homework assignments between sessions, and optional additional Zoom-based live practice sessions.
Our ten-week course will next be offered in January 2026. We welcome into our course anyone who is currently a manager, or who will be promoted to a manager role within three months of starting the course.
