Usually, PEOs and payroll companies are reactive resource, waiting for you to ask for information. When you do ask, they provide general resources and information that can be hard to apply to your specific business, often in the form of general help articles or a 1-800 line where you get a different rep each time you call.
We work with you to proactively understand how your people needs affect your business, and we design and implement ongoing processes that make your business run smoothly. If you need help applying our co-designed systems at any point, you can reach out to your dedicated HR Client Lead to get immediate support, specific to you.

When you start with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated HR Client Lead, who will lead your account day-to-day and be your primary contact. You’ll have their direct phone number and email so you can reach out to them directly, anytime.
Depending on the services you engage with us, we may assign other members to your service team, to ensure you have access to all the expertise you need. This service team will include your HR Client Lead as well as two to four other team members, who provide specialist support, such as recruiting, compliance, or research and analysis.
Our team is 100% remote, and we provide our services primarily remotely. However, our clients can request on-site visits or support for additional fees, up to once per quarter.

Once you become a client, you will be assigned a client email that reaches your entire service team. This will be your primary method of communication with us, and the way to get the fastest response from your team.
We are available to our clients 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET Monday through Friday via email, phone, video and text, and some of our clients also add us to their Slack channels to communicate with us that way as well.
We guarantee a response to every request within 48 business hours, but our average response time is 4 business hours.

Our goal is to support small business owners by ensuring they pay only for what they need with our services.
We offer two models: an hourly model and a monthly retainer model, so you can pick the model that works best for you. Clients can switch between models, provided you let us know in writing by the 25th of the month for the upcoming month.

Our team works remotely from across the U.S. However, clients have the option to request on-site services up to once per quarter.
This option is generally most useful for planned, HR-related activities, like an annual team retreat, performance review cycle, or benefits open enrollment.
Clients who request on-site time services are billed for half-day or full-day on-site service rates, travel, accommodations and per diem.
